Terms of Service
These terms govern the travel advisory and concierge services we provide. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
“Company” means Premium Trip Ltd. “Client” means the person engaging our services. “Services” means the travel advisory and concierge services we provide. “Supplier” means any third party (hotel, airline, transport company or other) whose products or services we arrange on your behalf. “Trip” means the journey we help you compose.
2. Nature of services
Premium Trip Ltd acts as a travel advisor and intermediary. Bookings with hotels, airlines, transport companies and other suppliers are made in the Client’s name and are governed by the terms of those suppliers.
3. Quotations and proposals
Quotations and proposals are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated, and are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
4. Fees
Consultation and planning fees are quoted in writing before any work begins. Supplier costs are passed through at the rate confirmed at booking.
5. Payment
Payment methods, timing and currency (GBP unless otherwise agreed) are set out in the written proposal. All payments are due as per that proposal.
6. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and changes are subject to the supplier’s terms, which the Company will communicate in writing. Company fees, once work has commenced, are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis.
7. Travel documents and insurance
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and comprehensive travel insurance. The Company can advise but does not guarantee compliance.
8. Liability
The Company is liable for its own services within the limits permitted by English law. The Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Force majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, epidemic, strike, or disruption to transport or supply.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to mutual confidentiality.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
